Dear Shareholders, In the wake of the devastating wildfires, we want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for your patience, resilience, and unwavering strength. The past few months have tested us all in ways we never could have imagined. Each day, we wake up to navigate a new reality shaped by loss, uncertainty, and the immense challenge of rebuilding. Rubio Cañon Land and Water Association, has been working tirelessly to restore full water service to everyone who has been able to return home. For those still rebuilding, please remember that we are here and ready to assist you when you return. The firestorms that swept through Altadena placed extraordinary strain on our water systems and the agencies that oversee them in ways no one could have fully anticipated. As smaller, community-owned water providers, we faced these challenges with limited resources, yet we remained committed to restoring safe, reliable water as quickly as possible. Through our team's dedication and the collective efforts of our community, we made steady progress, keeping pace with some of the largest utilities as they also worked on their post-fire recovery efforts. Recovery is ongoing, and we know that state regulators are adapting to these unprecedented challenges just as we are. We appreciate their collaboration and commitment to ensuring public health and safety along every step of the way. Most of all, we appreciate you—our community. Your patience, support, and resilience inspire us every day. It is our honor to serve you, and we will continue standing with you as we rebuild together. Payment Options

Rubio Canon Land and Water Association offers several payment options for your convenience.

Options 1: AutoPay

To sign up for AutoPay, log into your customer portal Here (you will need your account number and service address) , or call our office and request for AutoPay enrollment.

Option 2: Online Payment

Pay your bill online with credit/debit card, or checking account Here.

Option 3: Pay Through Phone

Give us a call at our office number, (626) 797-0509, our customer service representatives are more than happy to help processing your payment through the phone. Make sure to have your account number or service address, and payment method (credit/debit card, or check) ready.

Option 4: Mail Payment

Mail your check or money order along with the bottom of your statement to Rubio Canon Land & Water Association, 583 E Sacramento Dr, Altadena, CA 91001. Please allow at least 5-7 business days for the payment to be delivered to our office.

Option 5: 24/7 Drop box

Drop off your payment at the 24/7 mail box located at the front of our office. Courtesy envelopes are provided.

Option 6: In Person Payment

We always love to see our customers, if you are in the area, stop by the Rubio Cañon office at 583 E Sacramento St. Altadena CA 91001, to make a payment. We're open Monday thru Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Office is closed every Friday. We accept cash and checks.
